Maple Plan is a registered NDIS Plan Manager who aims to provide an easy way to manage your NDIS funds.
Our goal is to create a simple method for you, the NDIS Participant, to make a claim whether you choose to use a registered or unregistered provider.

HOW WE WORK

Being a Plan Manager, the NDIS will pay us directly. It will not impact on how much funding you receive whether you choose to use a plan manager or not. You just have to ask your planner to add this to your plan and tell them you want to use Maple Plan as your Plan Manager.

Submit invoice

Providers or Participants submit their invoices through our Gateway or email them to [email protected].

Authorise

We will seek your permission to pay the invoice either via email or through our Gateway. If we do not hear from you after three days, we will treat the invoice as approved.

Submit Claim

We will claim the invoice from NDIS MyPlace Portal.

Funds Received and Paid

If the claim is successful, we will pay the invoice.

Confirmation

We will tell you and your provider that we have paid the invoice.

Maple Plan’s unique concept is that we look after both the Participant and the Provider. We understand that Providers are the backbone of the Participant’s service needs , therefore, making sure your invoices are paid is our priority.

Our role is to take the headache away with proper planning and understanding of how your NDIS plan is funded. We have a dedicated team of accountants who are experts in navigating within and around your NDIS plan and we are here to help you.
